Sticky Rice with Mangoes

I just want to share this recipe that i found in a rice box. I know this is very tasty and delicious. Yummy....

1 cup uncooked Jasmine Rice
1 can coconut milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 mango, peeled and sliced

Prepare Jasmine Rice as directed. In a separate saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Pour coconut mixture into cooked rice. Stir well. Cover rice with wax paper or foil. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Spoon rice onto a plate with mango slices. Serves 4.
