Banana Walnut Bread

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups mashed, ripe (spotted) bananas (approx. 3 large bananas)
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degreesF. Spray a 9/5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Blend flour, Splenda granulated sweetener, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl; set aside.
3. Combine bananas, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; mix well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients and blend.
4. Add chopped walnuts. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
5. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
