Water

Did you get thirsty all the time? Of course we are all feel that way. I am a kind of person that did not drink a lot of water. But don't you know that water promotes good health in many ways, from reducing the risk of certain cancers to improving shot-term memory and weight loss. Not drinking a lot of water can also make you fat thats why i gues i become fat because i did not drink water a lot.When we did not drink enough water, our body secretes a hormone, aldosterone, that causes tissue to hold on to almost every molecule of liquid water retention. Wow i read this in one of the magazine...So we all drink a lot of water...
