What Is A Good Sleep Hygiene

I just want to share this tips that i read in a magazine. According to Dr. Al DeMaria a board-certified neurologist practicing with Wilmington Health Associates good, sleep hygiene means developing habits that are conducive to sleep - consistent bedtime and wake time, not working or watching TV in bed for more than few minutes, restricting the amount of time spent in bed not sleeping, and not eating large amounts of food or drinking alcohol or caffeine right before bed, among other things. Exercising (but not right before bedtime) can also be helpful.
